Skilled Construction Management Team, Professional with Almost 4 Years' Experience
I work as JR. Electrical Engineer QC in Sta. Clara International Corporation for several months. I was taking data on test results in many testings I conduct. I also research some information so that we can proceed the right procedure when testing. I also file some soft and hard copy for the documentation purposes. I managed the testing team on our site before. I was attending a meeting with the whole team on our site. I am one of the quality controls of the work being done on site. Sometimes, the head of our department told me to check some materials that are being delivered on site. She follow-up the results we tested sometimes.
My second company, Site Engineer in RBH Engineering and Construction Services. For 5 months, I worked in assisting
my Project in Charge in preparing documents. Filing documents, checking the condition of the site, maintaining the materials needed in one-month period or in year and hiring people. In the sixth month, I was promoted as Project in Charge. I monitor all the works on the project. I file documents to be emailed to our head. Scheduling meetings every month and preparing the reports to be submitted to the owner. I also research some electrical works. And I also edited the 2D electrical plan. I purchase materials and make budgeting for payroll and materials needed for months.
Recently, I was working in Filinvestland Inc. as a MEFPS Engineer. I was exposed to inspection of plumbing and fire pro works alongside with electrical works. Most of my work is papers. I email papers for approval and proposals in designing. I handle testing in plumbing, fire pro and electrical. I also check the materials being delivered on site. I also conduct toolbox meetings once a week. I also filed some paperwork. Check and monitor the safety and cleanliness of the site.
But now, I’ve been training for Virtual Assistant for several months. I developed my computer skills especially on the works of virtual assistants. And I plan now to combine what I learned in construction and VA.
